CG3210HLEC - Developing a High Performance Ethernet-over-Coax Bridge has Never Been Easier

The CopperGate 3210HLEC Evaluation Board is a a ready-to-install, low-cost Ethernet-over-Coax bridge for Home Entertainment Networks that serves as a reference for equipment vendors' designs and as a "Golden Node" during design certification. It also enables service providers and equipment vendors to test the performance and robustness of the CopperGate solution in real-life environments. It comes with a comprehensive set of management, diagnostic, noise-measurement and logging tools.

The CopperGate CG3210HLEC Evaluation Boards are high performance, low cost, HomePNA 3.1 to 100 Base-T bridges incorporating the 3210H Chipset, an optional Ethernet Switch IC, Flash memory and optional SRAM memory. Hybrids and filters are provided to enable the modem to interface with coax cables. Configurability and on-board Flash programming are supported via the Ethernet port.

The CG3210HLEC Evaluation Board also supports software download capability for remote firmware updates, including all system hardware and software on-board and operate with standard Ethernet drivers. A software configuration tool is included to facilitate evaluation of the CG3210H.
